Below is an excellent resource for non-profits. I just listened to the 1-hour keynote by Allen Gunn (of AspirationTech), which is essentially an overview of how a non-profit should regard technology issues. It is intended for a non-technical audience, though it does get into specifics of tying together your website, database, newsletter and the use of web 2.0. It's hilarious, too.

I highly recommend listening - did I say it's actually quite wickedly funny? It will bring your NPO-Tech IQ up 30-40 points. As part of a Craigslist Foundation's Nonprofit Boot Camp Online, there are a bunch of other keynotes and issues covered.
